This survey has been created by Halualani & Associates for the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in order to collect information regarding campus diversity efforts. Such information will be used to map out all of the diversity efforts and activities at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln to gauge your institution's progress towards creating an infrastructure actively committed to diversity and inclusive excellence.
This survey should only take about 12 to 15 minutes to complete.
This survey instrument was submitted to UNL’s Institutional Review Board. It was decided that this project “does NOT require IRB approval as it does not meet the definition of research.” IRB approval was also NOT needed because this diversity mapping project is “considered a needs assessment and will not be used to develop or contribute to generalizable information outside of UNL.”
Your participation in this research is strictly voluntary. Furthermore, your response (or decision not to respond) will not affect your relationship with the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. You have the option to leave any item blank if for some reason you do not know the answer or choose not to answer it. Your responses will be used for research purposes only and will be strictly confidential. There are no demographic items related to your role and this is an open web link and thus, your response cannot be traced.
We would appreciate your participation in this survey regarding diversity efforts, programs, and initiatives that you have in your division and unit.
